Hugo Nights – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • The promotion is open to individuals aged 20 and above.
    • Participants must make a qualifying purchase of $200 or more in a single transaction at any official Hugo store in Lebanon.
    • Employees of Hugo, its affiliates, partners, and Frozen Cherry staff are not eligible.
  2. Promotion Period
    • The promotion runs from July 15, 2025, to August 20, 2025, or while ticket supplies last.
  3. How to Participate
    • Customers who spend $200 USD or more (or local equivalent) in a single transaction will receive 2 complimentary tickets to one of the “Hugo Nights” events at Frozen Cherry.
    • Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 2 tickets per day, regardless of total spend.
    • Tickets are subject to availability and event capacity.
  4. Ticket Redemption
    • Tickets must be claimed at the point of purchase or via instructions shared after purchase.
    • Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
    • Entry is only valid on the event date printed on the ticket.
  5. Entry to Event
    • Event entry is strictly for ticket holders.
    • Management of Frozen Cherry and Hugo reserve the right to:
      • Deny entry to any guest without providing a reason.
      • Refuse entry to anyone appearing intoxicated, disruptive, or not adhering to the dress code.
      • Request proof of age or identity at the door.

  6. Event Behavior
    • Guests must behave responsibly at all times.
    • Offensive, illegal, or dangerous behavior will result in removal from the venue and disqualification from future Hugo promotions.
    • The venue reserves the right to modify or cancel any event at its sole discretion.
  7. Privacy & Consent
    • By participating, guests agree to be photographed and/or filmed during the event.
    • Hugo may use this content for promotional purposes on its social media and marketing platforms.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    • Hugo and its partners are not liable for lost or stolen tickets, personal property, or any injury sustained during the event.
  9. Changes to the Promotion
    • Hugo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
